Ratings and reviews

The app is fine. it's both some of the mechanics and customer service, that's the issue. A few mechanics are unprofessional, and sometimes won't perform the service requested. The customer service appears to not be based in America, so its hard to understand them at times. Not to mention, if you request a refund, they will try everything in their power to not give it to you. I say take your vehicle to a physical shop if you can.

Booked an appointment. The time came and went for the appointment. I texted the mechanic and called and left a message and he never contacted me and never showed up. I'll be contacting customer support and making sure they don't charge me a dime or I may need to take further action! Very disappointing! Once I get satisfaction, I'm deleting the app!

Mechanic canceled on me multiple times and even though I requested a different one each time still got the same guy. Went on hold for almost 30 minutes to cancel and make sure I didn't get charged. After waiting they ended up calling me and I told them to cancel and not to charge me since the Mechanic kept canceling on me. Save yourself the trouble and just go to a different Mechanic thats local to your area and not use this app. Plus the website never works which is very sus.
