Your Next Tours is an audio guiding app for tour guides. The guide's phone becomes the transmitter; participants scan a QR code and hear the guide through their own phones.
No extra hardware. You do not need to buy radios, transmitters or headset kits. Participants do not need to install an app either: they scan the QR code and the audio opens straight in their browser.
No internet during the tour. The guide's phone runs as a server on the local network and the audio reaches participants over a portable WiFi router. It works the same way at a heritage site with no coverage, inside a museum, or on a bus.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Start the tour.
2. Show participants the QR code on your screen.
3. Speak. Participants listen on their own phones.
FOR THE GUIDE, DURING THE TOUR
- See participant count and connection status in real time
- Push slides and info cards to participants' screens
- See who raises a hand and answer out loud
- Follow your schedule and stops
FOR PARTICIPANTS, A BETTER TOUR
- No pushing to the front to hear the guide; the audio is already in their headphones
- Slides and info cards from the guide open on their own screens
- They follow the schedule and stops, and see the location on a map
- They can ask without interrupting the group: raise hand sends the guide a silent signal
- If the connection drops it reconnects automatically, with no need to scan again
- They can leave a rating and a comment when the tour ends
BEFORE AND AFTER THE TOUR
- Build tour templates and reuse them
- Start from the ready-made template catalogue
- Create check-in and survey forms
- Collect ratings and comments from participants
- Review your past tours and statistics
PREMIUM
- Online broadcast: remote listeners join over the internet
- Live translation: participants hear the tour in their own language, with optional captions
- Higher listener capacity per session
Subscriptions are offered weekly, monthly, 6-monthly and yearly. Subscriptions renew automatically; unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the selected period, the same amount is charged to your store account. You can turn renewal off at any time in your store account settings.
