Never received the SMS to finish setting up my account. Costumer service responded to email at first saying to be sure I entered my information correctly. I did and confirmed to them all was correct. They said in 24 hrs I could register again. I did. Same problem. They then stopped responding to me. I have however, started receiving MULTIPLE spam calls now.

terrible... there is a minimum you need to pay ... also ... why do u need all this data for a coffee (that is still need to pay) edit ... they tried answering basically restating all I have already said ... I will say it once more THERE IS NO NEED FOR YOU TO HAVE MY DATA FOR A COFFEE ... this is just a way to earn twice (once from saving in commissions and the second time by selling your data ) just don't use it and move on

The experience with the vending machine and the app is horrible for a vending machine in a hostel. I just want to buy a .60 euro coffee and I have to go though a 10 min setup and the min amount i can put in the app wallet is 5 euro. maybe that makes sense for a vending machine in a workplace but in a hostel is insane. the vending machine does have a contact less pad but it's disabled. I will die of thirst before I support this vendor.
