Never received the SMS to finish setting up my account. Costumer service responded to email at first saying to be sure I entered my information correctly. I did and confirmed to them all was correct. They said in 24 hrs I could register again. I did. Same problem. They then stopped responding to me. I have however, started receiving MULTIPLE spam calls now.

Terrible app, to buy a 0,60 cents coffee you need your phone number, email, a new app, your credit card AND on top of that you need to upload 5€ in the app wallet, you cannot do less. This is clearly an app made just for the profit of the company without thinking about the people that just want to pay by NFC and get a fast coffee. EDIT: your connection to the bank gave me a constant error, plus, all the credit was taken out of my wallet randomly and I'm still waiting for a response

Ciao Emanuele, la nostra App fornisce un'interfaccia di pagamento non solo tramite borsellino ricaricabile (in contanti o con carte/wallet) ma anche tramite pagamento diretto con carta. E' sufficiente selezionare la modalità desiderata dalla sezione "Pagamenti --> Metodo di pagamento attivo".

oh the mental gymnastics to justify a whole APP to pay for snacks in vending machines you know you could've just slap a nfc payment terminal onto a box and make everyone's life easier but no you made a special app that accepts a qr code, has a dedicated wallet and the whole preauthorization & connection system. what a waste of time, effort, money and space in my phone.
