Kasookoo - the business phone system that runs through an app on your smartphone - liberates you from the costs and constraints of physical phone lines, desk phones, and business mobiles.

Visit www.kasookoo.com and click on "Sign up, it's free," where you can choose your virtual phone number and set up your phone system. You will then receive a PIN code by SMS that you can use to log in to the app.

You will then have access to all the features of the app, including:

- Virtual receptionist - route calls to the right members of the team
- Call recording - avoid the hassle of taking notes
- Conference calling - add and remove people from your calls
- Add tags - identify the number your customer is calling
- Make primary - choose the number from which to call
