The app stopped working on our two Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultras on or about the time of the update on Dec 30, 2024. Tried everything Google and I could come up with to fix it. Restarting, uninstalling, reinstalling, changing permissions, clearing cache and data. Nothing helped. My suspicion is that the update that was to fix compatibility issues actually made the app incompatible with our phones.

I'm having to do a factory restore because the watch won't send data over to the app, so I lose all my data from the past. Thinking of buying another watch so I can use a better app. I am also getting in touch with the manufacturer of the watch to let them know my feelings on this app.

stopped saving information i can check it at 2300 and all of the days information is saved check it the next morning and everything is gone, looking back it hasn't saved since last year. which means almost 8 months and still not fixed
