Ratings and reviews

Used Yuh for many years, I am a big fan. This is the best free banking solution in Switzerland in my opinion, compared to Neon & Cler's Zak. The pending payment feature could be improved: I'd love to be able to edit the date or the amount. And if a payment fails due to low balance, I'd love to see a "retry" option. And another pain point is that I'd like to be able to buy stocks by total amount with fees included. For now I constantly need to play between the amount and the fees...

Sorry I have to say it like this but this app is pure garbage. The account opening process took over 1 month+, multiple calls where support had no idea what was going on (even gave me wrong information) and multiple functions arent working as intended. If you have the option to use something else, I STRONGLY advise you to dont use yuh.

Every now and then after an update, I gotta start from scratch as if I'd have a new phone, this happened today as well. Fees are a bit high compared to some other platforms, but quite ok still - far lower than any regular Swiss bank. Choice of assets is not very big, I'd love to move here some of my stocks for ex. , to have it on a Swiss platform, but they're not available. Otherwise it's quite nice platform and I can only recommend.
