Signed up for the trial and was charged. Not the $36.99 it said it would cost for a year but a whopping $58.41!!! For a service I wanted to try before I agreed to. It's a lousy service after all of that. Takes so long to register that someone is in front of the camera that they are gone before it starts recording. Then trying to play it back it says it can't find the server and to try again later. If you ask for alerts for movement the camera sounds an alarm but doesn't send a message to me!

It was good at the beginning of 1 week using. After all, it is sucks! Im using the SD card and can't play back the activity. The apps keep asking to pay clouds to view all activities. When i was trying to pay the cloud, it was saying $4.99 per month had became $8.49 per month. It is RIDICULOUS! The camera is really great thing as it is clear and everything but not when comes to playback the activities (which is pretty important)!

Rubbish. You've killed it with your greed. This used to be a good app and then you changed the recording settings making recording poor unless you upgrade to cloud. My recordings go to another place before they're stored in my own photo library and sometimes disappear altogether. What's that all about? Very weird and a very clever way to make money but I will not be falling for it. No, I don't want a discounted upgrade. I just want my camera to work as it used to.
