ANDROID PROTECTION MODE
On Android, Handoff uses a user-initiated local VPN service to filter DNS requests for unwanted websites. Only DNS requests required for filtering are sent securely to NextDNS using encrypted DNS-over-HTTPS.
Handoff does not route all device traffic, change your location, display third-party advertisements, sell browsing data, or monetize network traffic. NextDNS logging is disabled for Handoff, and DNS queries are not retained. You can decline activation and turn Protection Mode off at any time.
RECOVERY COACH
The Recovery Coach provides practical, judgment-free support based on the situation you describe. It can help you pause, understand what triggered the moment, and choose a healthier next action.
PRIVACY
Handoff does not display third-party advertisements. Sensitive recovery content is not sent to advertising platforms. Camera use remains on the device and is not uploaded.
PREMIUM
Handoff Premium is available through weekly, monthly, and annual auto-renewing subscriptions.
Eligible new subscribers can receive a 3-day free trial with the weekly subscription. Monthly and annual subscriptions do not include a free trial.
Payment is charged through Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings.
