I do not recommend this company. Customer service is very poor, and responses take several days. Chat support was even worse, with the only quick reply suggesting I close my account. I paid through PayPal, then was told two days later they do not accept PayPal, even though it was offered as an option. Credit card payment was also a frustrating experience. Overall, very disappointing.

I used this application in the past for work reasons and there were a lot of crashes. My coworkers told that it was due to my phone settings. but later I realized that this application has a lot of crashes by reading the reviews. so I use another application for communications with my clients. anyway I will give it three stars. Good luck. thank you.

[About: v. 2.3.52] Using Zadarma for about 3 years now. Stable app, good integration of the phone book and call logs (Android 11), easy menus, call rates calculation – very good... But it still can't fully replace Android's Phone app. Also, at times the audio is breaking up for no apparent reasons (we're not moving). And sometimes the notifications for my missed calls come with a significant delay. Or when I call someone – no ring signal. Otherwise I'd put 5 stars.
