Fast delivery service. However, half of the ordered items were missing. Some items were a different brand than the ones I ordered and were more expensive. They should contact the customers to notify them of unavailable items prior to delivering.

Not ready for crisis time delivery (covid19). Its a shame that these guys pretend to have delivery during the quarantine times, but in reality, seems like they can't handle it at all. I have placed my order through their mobile app. Received a confirmation that it would be delivered within 24 hours. No one is answering phone calls or whats app messages. I understand that they might have been overloaded with orders, but I have no respect for a business that promises something, but can't deliver.

The app is great but most of the time I can't redeem my points. The excuse always the app isn't working properly. So whenever I want to buy anything from the points I collected on my app I can't. I don't what is the issue but I guess it is just a scam by the shop owner
