Payroll Calculator application can be used to doublecheck your paycheck. The app calculates paycheck for all 52 states and for all filing status and pay periods. Enter data such as hours worked, overtime hours, pay rate or salary and It calculates, paycheck, annual summary of gross pay, net pay, Federal tax holding, State Tax holdings, Social security and Medicare in a user friendly format. All allowances and deductions are used to calculate accurate paycheck amount. Most current Federal and state tax tables are used for calculations. It calculates a paycheck for all 52 states. It calculates for all filing status (single, married, head of household ) and pay periods (daily, weekly, bi weekly, semimonthly, monthly, annually) .
Such details as Pre-deduction (IRA, 401k, medical, eligible deduction etc) and post-deduction (child spouse support, judgement, medical, etc.) amounts are also taken into account while calculating a paycheck.
Also provides annual summary of gross pay, net pay, Federal tax holding, State Tax holdings, Social security and Medicare as extra bonus.

Ratings and reviews

We use this every week and our accountant says it's very close. Only thing we don't like is it would be nice to save your settings so you don't have to do the state and filing status everytime also would be nice if it had a spot where you could put the paydate

Not even remotely accurate, doesn't use current taxable income tables. I have gone behind it and checked myself and had a CPA go back and check my math and the apps math as a just in case and the app was way off. Needs quite a bit of fine tuning.

This gives you a bird's eye view of your overall distribution of how much money you're making or will be making weekly, twice a week, semi monthly and annually. gross and net earning, your tax deductions and even pre and post 401k, Dental, Health, garnishment and child support. The ads is very minimal and less annoying. I am willing to pay for a none advertisement and there is none available. All in all, I am a happy camper. Thanks!!! 🤑👌🙂
