Great service from Mr Parvej Imam. He was on time, communicated well and drove expertly. I recommend his expertise and kindness without reservation. The app should be improved to deliver in-app transactions and notices immediately. I had a ride canceled within 48 hours.of.the travel and.could not book.

Terrible experience. They have no transparency, no credibility, and one of the worst customer service I've dealt with. Their policies are unclear, their communication is confusing, and they seem more interested in avoiding responsibility than helping customers. Instead of building trust and retaining customers, they create frustration and make you feel misled. I expected professionalism and honesty, but received neither. I would never recommend this service. Think twice 🤔

it says verification code has been sent but I have not received any code. even after trying multiple times it does not send any code, I also installed update but still facing same issue.
