I used the service and it was excellent. Mohammad Rahat was punctual, professional, and greeted me at the terminal exit holding a sign with my name, which made the arrival smooth and stress-free. I’ve had a serious issue since I started using this app. Because my home is 53 km from the airport, drivers consistently refused to pick me up or drop me off. This limitation was so frustrating that I had to relocate just to be able to use the service!!! . It’s extremely disappointing that there’s no flexibility or exception for users in such situations. Where is the service if it doesn’t serve real needs?

This app is fundamentally broken and the support team is a joke. Despite my location being 43km from my destination—well within the stated 45km limit—the app falsely claims I am "nowhere" and rejects every request. When I provided proof via Google Maps, your team's solution was to arrogantly declare that Google Maps is "wrong." What magical system do you use then? Fairy dust and guesswork?
