I am very disappointed with this app. It worked very well when I was getting my medication, but just as I tried to cancel my membership, I was not able to get into the app. to cancel. I made such much complaints, they sent me different ways to get into the app,but nothing works. I have been charged membership fees. I was pleased with the support and with medication that helped me lose the weight successfully. Some how their is an issue when you are trying cancel. Please look into it.

Don't waste your money!!! I believe that when you have a question or issue, that you are speaking with AI. There was one instance that I needed a refill and they sent me the same form 5 times to complete. After the 5th time I was finally able to get a refill. My coach was helpful at first, but I stopped hearing from her in September(I cancelled in january). For nutrition it is very cookie cutter and does not take into account your likes, dislikes or sustainability. I expect more for $459/month.

Absolutely terrible!! they charge cards before the item is shipped or even received without notice. then, you get a notification that your payment is declined and you need to update. then when you update, you have to put in a whole new "request" which immediately charges your card. I currently have 4 pending transactions that cannot be canceled because the number has been disconnected. I have reached out multiple times asking to talk to someone but haven't heard anything back. SCAM!!!
