About this app
The San Radiology & Nuclear Medicine ‘mySRNM’ patient app is used by patients to securely access
images and reports for medical imaging examinations performed at our Wahroonga practice locations and
to request future appointments.
San Radiology & Nuclear Medicine (SRNM) has been a well-recognised leader in diagnostic, nuclear and
interventional imaging services on Sydney's North Shore for more than 40 years.
The mySRNM app will allow you to view and easily share your results with other health professionals.
Your images will be available to view on the day of your examination. When they are ready to view you will
receive a text message containing a link. You will need this link to activate your account and set a secure
password the first time you use the app. You will then be able to access any future images and reports for
examinations performed at San Radiology & Nuclear Medicine by using the mySRNM app to log into your
account.
The ’Request an Appointment’ feature allows you to begin organising a booking. Select the imaging
services required, enter your details and preferred time, and upload the referral form from your doctor, and
one of our friendly staff will contact you to confirm your appointment.
If you need assistance with the app please email mysrnm.zed.link/support/home with a description of the
problem.
Please Note: Your doctor will be able to access your images and report as soon as they are available. You should always return to your doctor to discuss your results.
