returns, tracking and a tidier order list.

• start a return from any completed order — pick the pairs, say why, choose a refund or a replacement, add a photo — then follow it in the app
• tracking inside the app: once your order ships, tap the status at the top of the order to see every scan
• delete old orders from your list; restore them any time from "deleted orders"
• the bag asks before removing anything, and rows swipe left to remove
• a small "added to your bag" note, with a shortcut
