The Leesburg, VA location charged me for premium services when regular was requested. $212 charge should have been around $160. Cancelled membership and will never return to any location. The quality, eh, it's okay but not worth the cost

Rescheduling is hard. Or selecting the correct technician is difficult, overall not displeased, but small changes to improve UX would be nice

All I see is a blank screen. Nothing works. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Same result.Android phone.
