I've been using this app for years now and while I see release notes I struggle to believe it is ever updated. You're forced to update your password every 90 days or some other regular interval, but there is no indication to the user that that's necessary. Instead, suddenly you just can't access your account. Then, when you try to update your password, if you use any type of password manager, you basically get stuck in a loop where you can't update the password or log in. It's truly awful.

1. periodically the profile pictures associated with a particular event do not load. 2. periodically I am unable to log in to the application. I assume that it's looking for some sort of re-authentication, but the air message does not say that. I have to reinstall the app and then go through the login procedure again. 3. sometimes I notice the check-ins or an event disappear.

When you upgrade the app, please don't require it as mandatory without any warning. It's really frustrating to have to delay a class in order to upgrade the app to check people in. Update 3-Aug-17 through 2026: same complaint. Update 5-Apr-18 through 2026: the app will also expire your password without warning you that it'll happen soon. Would be nice if they gave an alert that it's coming, rather than delaying classes. Very amateur and easily fixable but they won't do it.
