I've been using this app for years now and while I see release notes I struggle to believe it is ever updated. You're forced to update your password every 90 days or some other regular interval, but there is no indication to the user that that's necessary. Instead, suddenly you just can't access your account. Then, when you try to update your password, if you use any type of password manager, you basically get stuck in a loop where you can't update the password or log in. It's truly awful.

very buggy, and most of the time does not work. half of the time when I'm trying to at least open the app to check people in, or even access classes, I am stuck on a little window to choose my staff icon, and it does nothing. I can't access it, I try resetting password, that doesn't work, and then I have to have someone else help me get into the app. just be able to use the app. and it still continues to get stuck. does anybody bother with this app fixing it or updating it?

Ive been using the system (not just this app) for a month. I've dug really deep into just about everything it does and doesn't have to offer. The App itself is under developed. It doesn't allow staff to apply discounts to memberships or clock in. It doesn't serve well as a sales tool for staff to collect prospect data or allow staff to complete tasks. The online software is very frustrating. Difficult to use but I have high Hope's that soon it will be better.
