The bank is good but it needs to fix certain things, the app is very basic for a bank, the card does not notify you when you have an expense, you cannot cancel a transaction, they charge 15 USD fees to transfer within the United States, and 25 dollars International, it is a good option This bank but it has a lot of room for improvement, the app is out of service almost all the time, I like it, but if they don't improve we should migrate.

Not allowing to open accounts in india ! This was my third time giving it a try but it always shows some kind of unsuccessful message while clicking on Apply. If you are open for indian's, check error message that stops us moving to next step

Zenus Bank allowed me to open a personal US checking bank account as a non-US citizen without the need to travel to the US. I can now receive my salary smoothly, bypassing the complexities associated with alternative services that are geared for a business or family/friend transfers. I can do an international transfer from Zenus to my local bank or use the physical debit card at a local ATM. My experience with customer service has also been very good with prompt and professional service.
