Very structured app. The nose touch on ur screen to count pushups ensure you do the pushups correctly, atleast as far as how low you should be going. The breakdown of the different sets helps with a break in-between helps you to not waste time, but keep on schedule to finish within a reasonable time. Great app!

It doesn't tailor your plan to what you can already do, which is surely the main point of these apps, otherwise it's just a list of unsuitable daily plans. It's also way to easy to accidentally complete a set

For a free app I have nothing against it, does what it's supposed to, workout a bit easy for me, but i guess it was made for people who want to loose weight. Kudos for the devs!

Hi, you can skip first few workouts and go for harder ones. Go to the app settings and than Training day selection and skip all easier workouts. You can also go into Practise instead of training and do pushups without limitations.
