Will say ultra easy simplistic edit my review to 3star no blue tooth cause of delay makes sense not to have still struggle with no ability for customization because of white noise the microphone picks up with out noise reduction a fan or breeze in area creates much static, otherwise great to hear exactly what is around you.

App really appreciable but it has one problem is takes sounds from mic of your smartphone not from bluetooth headfones, kindly fix this problem . And one more thing there is a delay in sound maybe 1/3 of a second so fix this also.

It did not help me. It has no control to raise and lower volume. Had it at the top volume on phone still I heard better without my tozo ear buds. Playing music I have to lower volume. First try at an app for hearing.
