This has to be the most useless app I've ever used, and I'd rate it -3 stars if I could. The fact that you have to create a profile to use it is pointless, since you can't connect it to your bank account. It will not memorize your payment details. It will log you out constantly. It will not recognize your password. Often it won't even connect online. And if by some miracle you manage to log in, topping up money takes more steps than it took the developer to code this!!

If I had to rate the worst apps of all time, the ZET app would easily take first place. I lost funds due to server issues, and there is absolutely no customer support. After sending multiple emails, I never received a single reply. You can’t log in, and even if you try to register again, the process can’t be completed because the confirmation email never arrives. It’s unacceptable for a public transport app to be this unreliable and poorly maintained.

Works only for buying tickets. The most useful option, that of the timetables is not working and is misleading. It shows buses and trams on time and driving according to schedule not reality. You could be sitting on the station and in the app see several buses stopping while in reality not a single one is passing by, no information on delays or anything.
