Decend ride but. The first time I downloaded I had to pay for the 3 Euro wallet so i can use it. then 3 dollar for who knows what. and another 4 got the ride itself. so at the end I paid 10 Euro for the whole first time experience just to do a 10 minute drive. never again

The app is so unfriendly, and with too many errors. I used it once, and that was the last time. Although I have saved my payment card and given access to charge my balance automatically, my balance is now negative, and I can't pay my debt, because there is always an error, and I don't know how to solve this problem. I have sent a message and email to the support team, but I no one has answered me!

I used it only once. It was expensive than other similar applications. To open the account I spent only few minutes, but to close the account I spent at least one month. There is no link to deactivate your account in the app. This is no confident. You have to send an email to their team. And then they inform you that according to some German law this deactivation can take up at least one month. So ridicules. Never seen such a difficulty in any online platform. Never will use it again.
