Take orders, accept in-person payments, call customers, and manage messages, only for existing Zewst merchant accounts.


What you can do:
Phone POS: Build carts, apply item options and taxes, and take in-person payments.
Calls & Messaging: Place/receive calls and manage customer messages in one inbox.
Customer Profiles: See recent orders, interactions, and quick summaries to resolve requests faster.

Who can use it:
Requires an active Zewst merchant account. Not intended for consumer use.

Permissions:
Microphone: to speak with customers during calls. We only record calls after explicitly asking for permission.
Notifications: to alert staff about calls, messages, and order updates.

Payments:
Processes in-person payments for physical goods. No in-app purchases.

Sales View:
Track subtotals, taxes, service fees, change due, and order history.
