I am an exercise physiologist with a bachelor's and master's degree in Physical Education and Sports. I am deeply passionate about understanding how the human body responds to movement and how exercise can be a tool for health, performance, and personal transformation. From a very early age, I discovered that sport was a lifestyle: I started playing roller hockey at the age of four and, since then, I have never stopped participating in physical activities. This practical experience, combined with my academic training, has given me an integrated vision that combines science, practice, and personal experience.
I believe that exercise is much more than just physical activity. It is an educational, therapeutic, and motivational process capable of impacting anyone's life, regardless of age or physical condition. Therefore, I dedicate my career to helping individuals discover their potential through movement. My goal is not simply to prescribe workouts, but to create personalized strategies, based on scientific evidence, that promote health, quality of life, and well-being.
Throughout my academic and professional career, I have deepened my knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, performance assessment, strength training, injury prevention, and the promotion of physical activity in different populations. I have a special interest in how to adapt training to individual needs—from athletes seeking to maximize performance to people who want to improve their fitness, prevent health problems, or simply adopt a more active lifestyle.
What motivates me most is the possibility of using sport and exercise as a bridge to transform lives. I enjoy working closely with people, understanding their needs, understanding their limitations, and helping them overcome challenges. Science gives me the tools, but it is empathy and passion for what I do that allow me to make a real impact.
Beyond the academic and professional aspects, my connection to sport as an athlete also shapes the way I view exercise. Roller hockey taught me discipline, resilience, teamwork, and the importance of never giving up. These values remain with me to this day and influence my work philosophy: everyone has the capacity to evolve, as long as they receive proper guidance, motivation, and consistent support.
I look to the future with enthusiasm because I believe that the field of exercise physiology and physical education will continue to gain recognition as an essential part of health promotion and disease prevention. I want to continue learning, growing professionally, and positively impacting those who trust me to guide them on their journey.
Ultimately, my mission is simple: to use scientific knowledge and a passion for sport to help people live better, stronger, and healthier lives.
