Zifty started so well I was getting a bunch of offers even though it was tough because you have to fight amongst other drivers. Me personally I think they should change how they offer routes there should be no fighting for routes. I was getting pretty good gigs at first but once I got to 10 deliveries all of a sudden the app started to "malfunction" and now I haven't seen a gig pop up on my phone in months. I was told to uninstall and then reinstall the app that didn't work.

The app is not user friendly period. I have been delivering for 10 years and it's impossible to explain how this easy job is made stressful by an app. Timing is everything and it never works when you press arrive or complete. You always need support. I'm constantly getting the incorrect address or suite # and the bots are ridiculous. No one should have to stare at their phone waiting for offers in 2026.

Sound and dropdown notifications don’t work. Orders claimed by other drivers remain listed until the app is restarted. It also needs an option to hide offers to reduce clutter. Currently; accepting offers, then canceling is the only way to hide them. This company is possibly stealing tip money. Lots of offers with a flat $10 tip suggests this. Their insurance won't allow older vehicle's which for delivery shouldn't be an issue. You're lucky to get an order a day. Poor scheduling. Great staff!
