The app is not user friendly period. I have been delivering for 10 years and it's impossible to explain how this easy job is made stressful by an app. Timing is everything and it never works when you press arrive or complete. You always need support. I'm constantly getting the incorrect address or suite # and the bots are ridiculous. No one should have to stare at their phone waiting for offers in 2026.

It was great up until a month ago when you changed it and absolutely destroyed the app. I used to get a half a dozen orders over $100 every week. I haven't seen one in about 3 weeks now. The order volume has completely vanished! I invested way too much money in catering bags and an extra long wagon for you guys to just wipe out my order volume and income! Much appreciated!

it is a joke and a waste of time. delivery drivers obviously bot offers and i have reported to the team. they did nothing about it. i wish they can understand how hard it is to accept offers. I rarely get one or two notifications per week and when i do it takes me straight to the page where it says claimed offers which means i have to take the extra step to go back to available offers page and miss the offer.
