Treads uses your location, including in the background while you are on-line with an active delivery, to update the delivery, verify arrival at pickup and drop-off, and share progress with the ordering client. Background tracking stops when you go off-line or the delivery ends.

Ratings and reviews

The app is straight forward and easy to navigate. I have no issues claiming orders. I've been using the platform for almost 2 months now and have been getting 1-3 orders per week on average. The latest update gives you time windows to indicate early, on time, or late predictions as well. Always able to reach someone at customer service as well. Much appreciation to Zifty.

Sound and dropdown notifications don’t work. Orders claimed by other drivers remain listed until the app is restarted. It also needs an option to hide offers to reduce clutter. Currently; accepting offers, then canceling is the only way to hide them. This company is possibly stealing tip money. Lots of offers with a flat $10 tip suggests this. Their insurance won't allow older vehicle's which for delivery shouldn't be an issue. You're lucky to get an order a day. Poor scheduling. Great staff!

Zifty started so well I was getting a bunch of offers even though it was tough because you have to fight amongst other drivers. Me personally I think they should change how they offer routes there should be no fighting for routes. I was getting pretty good gigs at first but once I got to 10 deliveries all of a sudden the app started to "malfunction" and now I haven't seen a gig pop up on my phone in months. I was told to uninstall and then reinstall the app that didn't work.
