If menu items are no longer available, take them off the app. I've tried ordering the Mike's Hot Honey Blender off the app several times over the past few weeks and I keep pulling up and receiving an incorrectly made order with them saying, "we're out of the hot honey drizzle." Okay, so why is it on the APP then? Remove it. I keep thinking, "maybe they'll have it restocked this time, it's still available on the app" and NOPE!

Ziggis is great. The app leaves much to be desired. There are way too many steps to order anything. Payment is also 4-5 additional steps/clicks. Each step takes a few seconds to register and complete. Selecting a store is awkward , but should just be stored as a favorite default. There is no option to pay at the store, so you need to completely fill in your order ahead of time on the app, or bring a credit card. Ugh.

I use the app all the time and it keeps getting better. The problem I have is each store may have different menu items so you can't just lookup the menu. This requires you to go through several additional steps to place on order. It would be great if I could pick a location then see the menu. Instead your required to pick a location, select order ASAP or later, select a date and time, then select from the menu. I still enjoy the drinks, food, and customer service.
