don't use this time , this person is a scammer The name of the review is that they change rules when the money they received, app time show and chat person time say it's totally different, they lie on app time for marketing to get the new customer and when the customer come and money received they will teach you law without more then 7 days notice or more days . if you don't want to struggle for you business my personal suggestion is don't use this app try from direct connect the bank .

very much bad experience with ziina , they have hold my 6700 aed cashout amount plus balance and continously asking unnecessary questions in the name of reviewing of account , also i have submitted invoices , chat , email and contract also signed with my client from where i get payment..now they are holding my cashout in the name of account review

Worst service provider, they charged more than normal bank charges, where they say upto 5000 aed, their will be no charges, when you try to contact them. They do not respond st all, or you will recieve response when you are offline and close the chat. You open again you inquiry from the start again the same no response. It's scam.
