update: i spoke with customer service and they showed me how to go into settings and clear the cache in the app. so I'm good and the app is working fine now. Oct 2025 I've uninstalled and reinstalled this App like 5 times and still, all I get is the red COIGN screen. Had to go to website to my acct. Also, in using the app previously, it's bothersome that my payment DUE date is not listed, even when searching. Yes, I did get it memorized eventually lol, but still.

Great app, especially from a startup. It had a couple problems when it launched, but they update the app frequently, adding new features and fixing any bugs. Everything works great now & it has been a great experience. They use Plaid to add your bank account, and mine wasn't recognized. But I called Customer Service and they added it for me in less than 5 minutes. Nice to have a card from a company that doesn't hate me, and that has great customer service. I highly recommend.
