A system so bad I can't fathom any apartments ever dreaming of using this. Oh yeah let's use this garbage whose lockers can't even fit as much as mail boxes and instead of a key let's make users input a code they never obtain. Mail carriers leave mail outside your lockers because even they can't figure out this pile of trash. I've seen applications built in 24 hours better than this one. I've seen ChatGPT come up with better UI than this app. QR never works, they never pick up calls, stupidity.

Out of 100 packages delivered, only two went to the lockers. All over delivery drivers would rather walk up to the 3rd floor and deliver than mess with this garbage locker system. The two packages that made it into lockers, I never got any notification about them

After getting a newer phone the app does not load on my phone. Just freezes on a black screen with the icon until my phone tells me the app is not responding. Can't use the amenities I pay for as part of my rent. Lovely.
