It's convenient to have, however it does not allow for specific order changes. Only pre set order preferences, also ZIP POINTS EXPIRE. I do not have notifications on due to my preferences however when I looked I had only 3000 points. Under further investigation I found they expire after a while so roughly 7k points expired without my knowledge. About $65 worth of points I had saved for a day I forgot my wallet or something. Use them before then. Kind of a huge bummer that they just up and vanish

New UI is meh but never had any issues ordering. Deleted my account due to losing the email associated with it (app doesn't allow changing of email address), and now can't create a new account. Keeps saying "Error--This request has expired or is invalid. Return to the application and restart the process."

app hasn't worked since new design update. 1st I had to change my password because they stopped allowing FB login. then my gift cards were deleted from my account. had to ask customer service for help. they restored my gift cards to my account but then I couldn't customize orders to remove Mac salad. Had to order on the website which is another headache. cause I have to add my giftcard everytime I make an order cause it won't save to my account. still can't order with app after update 😒.
