This is an absolutely terrible site. I have been struggling for a week just to process a return. Even at the time of delivery, their delivery partner lied, claiming that I wasn't available at home—even though no one actually showed up to deliver the package. Their return policy allows for 15 days, and although I submitted a return request a week ago, no one has come to collect the item yet. Customer care representatives give the exact same canned response every single time. Pathetic app.

very worst experience. as I purchased 2 pj set but there was size issue .for that purpose I was returning the product so I raised return request.but every single morning on WhatsApp they just giving cancelled picked up request because of unreachable phone number which is not possible because there is no problem of network issue in my area or locality. in this way they are just wasting the 15 days returning exchanging period then after nothing to care about customer's time and money .

Previously, the app was good; but not now... for my past few orders even though the orders are getting delivered but in the app it still shows undelivered and because of that I'm unable to return... connected with the customer care executives multiple times but they do not help at all... and today, I wanted to cancel an undelivered order because of order delay that too the customer care is not being helpful...
