I have been purchasing products for a long time right now, and never faced this issue. But this time, they have auto cancelled one of my order and refunded me lesser price than what it shows in the bill, the order was supposed to reach on 7th of January but now it has been delayed and will be reaching by 10th of January. I reached out to customer care, and the team member mentioned since I had offers applicable the amounts are different, so I asked her the bills say otherwise no response

Scammers!! Placed a prepaid order that got cancelled without any reason after taking forever to deliver. They only refunded partial amount keeping the shipping charges. I was charged for something I wasn't responsible for. I didn't even receive the product, nor did I cancel. They wrapped it up saying "shipping charges are non-refundable". P.S: Editing my review after receiving the remaining amount. Thanks to the National Consumer Helpline, my case got resolved just within a month

I literally started to hate this platform now. There was a time when i loved it so much. At this point of time i am observing so many issues in their platform. Firstly, their app interface is becoming worse day by day. Secondly, in my last few paid orders they have canceled my orders from their end when i ordered the product in stock and they didn't even bother to inform me about the cancellation. I am very disappointed with their behavior. I have been a loyal customer but not anymore.
