I ordered from Zivame and one item was missing. I raised a complaint on 27th June, but even after more than 1.5 months there is still no refund. The app does not provide proper customer service, there is no way to resolve issues directly within the app. I was forced to send emails, and every time the only response was to ‘wait longer.’ This is unacceptable. A simple missing item should have been resolved quickly, but instead I have faced endless delays and no accountability.

Worst return experience with Zivame! 😡 I had a very disappointing experience with the return pickup. Instead of providing a proper return pickup service, I was asked to self-return the product, which is extremely inconvenient and defeats the purpose of having a pickup option. The return process was frustrating and customer service was not helpful either. After this experience, I have completely lost trust in the service. Very poor return service. I will definitely think twice before shopping

I want to return a product, and the product is under the return window date, but due to technical glitch I am not able to return it. its been only 1 day since I received the order, but still my request to return is not processed. I am disappointed in their service though I really liked their products.
