I too am able to sign in the website but not the app. I thought for some reason that the password I had saved was incorrect so I went through the process(exhausting and time consuming, time in my life I shall never get back) to reset my password. Then again tried to access my account through the app only to be told, once again that either my password or my username/email address were invalid.

I didn't Grant access to precise location and the app went nuts and started flickering and making my phone go crazy. Had to shut phone down and then uninstall and reinstall and gave precise location. But like everyone else said will not let me log in said wrong password.

The update is bad. Trying to reset password and it doesn't send the link. I've tried it on several devises and the still the same response....nothing!!! Not sure developed the app but you may want to fire them.
