Update to 2 star: the Pack customer support is very helpful and addressed several of the issues. But the app still doesn't update for me and displays the wrong number of points earned. Original 1 star: I'm starting to think this rewards program is a scam. Half the products I buy, I cannot find on the app to submit for rewards. Convenia for cats? Not there. Revolution Plus? Not there. Invoices get rejected TWO WEEKS after being submitted with no indication why. What a waste of time.

This app can be very helpful when trying to save money on your pets. Although, the app had been very glitchy. Freezing up everytime you open it. Could be easier to navigate with adding points. The point system was very helpful on medications that I had to buy for my dog when I had her.😟 She crossed the rainbow bridge. When I do eventually adopt another fur child, I will continue to use the app if it will work without issue. Also, point could be lower for better rewards. Make it reasonable.

The app works for me. My issue is with the vague Tier points system. I didn't know they apply the points to your account based on when they approve an invoice--which can take literally any length of time--and not when you made the purchase. Meaning if you make a purchase near the end of your membership year, if they take until your next membership year to approve it, it will not boost you to the next Tier. When I reached out they gave me nonsense answers and refused to address it. Just be aware!
