i applied for a delivery partner. payment was also done for onboarding. but it's showing background verification failed. no one is helping me to solve the issue from the customer support team's end. other food delivery apps are not like zomato. getting an easy solution. really worst experience. i used to contact with app also. raised ticket. but no solution.

I’m facing issues with the Zomato delivery partner app. There is no option to raise a ticket, and delivery partners are unable to connect directly with customer care. Because of this, we are not getting proper solutions to our problems. Currently, my app is not working properly—it is not showing my incentive details, and since there is no option to raise a ticket, I have been trying to contact customer care for the past 3 days without success. There is also no email support available for Zomato

when i got a multiple order and it suddenly disappeared as i got pickup location and for the 45 minutes customers been calling me as i have reached nowhere but in the app i dont have any orders and i was also shown to get new orders interface. there is no customer support for this as the order is not shown, at last i did a cache clear and the problem got fixed temporarily. this is the worst 🙏🏻
