Ratings and reviews

Very, very, buggy. When I try to look at the details of a visit, I get a pop-up error message that can't be cleared; the message gets stuck on the screen and forces you to close out of the app. I want to emphasize that my bad review is for the app and the website itself on an Android device. Zoomcare itself, as a healthcare provider, is awesome. I love Zoomcare, and I love their customer service, their staff, and the medical professionals who work for them.

Theory is sound, app is junk. (Review of APP not CLINIC) I have a Pixel 3, and it just shuts down 90% of the time I try to open it. I love ZoomCare clinics, but this app holds them back. I can't finish what I need to do using the app even in the rare case it stays open. Have uninstalled, restarted phone, reinstalled more times than I can count. OVER IT!!!

Completely useless. Attempting to access the portal literally just launches your default browser and directs to the same site you could access in fewer steps without the app. **Note: If you want to get to the portal, you actually want the Athena Patient app, then log in with your Zoomcare login info.**
