The website updated but I guess they left the app behind in the dust because I can't login. it keeps directing me to the website. I am an app user so having to go to the website on my smartphone is no good. I did login on the website and I did see a few updates they did which was nice. I'd still like to see those updates on the app.

This app is straight trash! Search filters either don't work or are ignored, the app randomly crashes, scrolling through any section just repeats the same dozen or so people over and over and over again. I login every few years and think, BlackPlanet is still alive & kicking but it's a zombie overrun with bots, scammers, and bad UI.

This new app is NOT user friendly with Samsung app. At top of my profile it asks me to verify my email address and send code but I tap it and it won't allow me to. I can't read messages can't post anything and no where is there any place to ask for help. I log on through internet and still can't do anything. HELP!!!!!!! I reached out and they assured me they reset the app for android but still can't do anything but log on.
