Ratings and reviews

The main problems here are consistency and basic function. Some functions work in the app while others don't. Some functions work on the actual website but others don't. This requires the user to jump between the app and the website to get full use of BP which is ridiculous. Even verifying an email is unnecessarily complicated as it can't be done through the app, only the website. It's like this app was never beta tested. Just put out in an unfinished state. Will it ever "just work?"

edit: happy to see that the excessive spam posts seem to have been taken care of and i see improvements in chat performance and UI. having an issue with the block feature (doesn't seem to work). also an add/find contacts feature would really take this app to the next level. right now everyone's just trying to make conversation with random strangers so they're not as engaged.

This app is straight trash! Search filters either don't work or are ignored, the app randomly crashes, scrolling through any section just repeats the same dozen or so people over and over and over again. I login every few years and think, BlackPlanet is still alive & kicking but it's a zombie overrun with bots, scammers, and bad UI.
