Ratings and reviews

Decent app, simple easy to use, and good bank for saving. My one complaint is that sometimes I can't make international purchases, the card gets rejected. Happens more often than is forgivable, this is supposed to function as a Visa. Edit: Since the addition of a virtual card (which is a very nice option, btw🤌) I don't have problems with international purchases when I use that specific virtual card.

Pretty good, streamlined, & useful app. One issue I do have is the landing page.. I don't like my balances being displayed at the forefront. For the next update, can you add a hide account feature or at least blur the balances - especially with regards to the fixed account balances.

Just horrible. No branch just a bunch of numbers that mostly you can get ahold of. I was spoke to an agent and it's sounded like he was on some event there were background noises and it was frustrating. And the endless updates that do not make any sense. Also when try logging in they will need a selfie fine but then it doesn't work in the middle of taking a selfie, it will take you back to log in for the 20th time.
