Ratings and reviews

Sync issues and very limited functionality plague this app. The comment field has a low character count, and it is not possible to reply to comments made by the finance team. But worst of all is having to wait for upwards to 15 minutes after logging in to be able to create expenses. Which is made even worse by the user being frequently logged out, even when using the app regularly (so it's not a timed logout for security purposes either)

My account will not load! For weeks, I open my app and I get the spinning wheel of death for so long, I've left it for up to 10 minutes to see if it would stop. I can't do any actions on the app without getting an error because of the wheel. I end up just using the web page instead.

One of the worst application I ever used. In the decimals you can add 2 digits and not 3. Many countries are missing. Moreover, the AI for the receipts is like a kid did a school project. Last but not least, the description need improvements. To conclude, if you respect yourself and your employees, do not use this application. Update: 17 Days later and after my initial review, the developers decided to answer and request for a ticket to improve the quality of their service 🤣
