Navigation abilities in the app just won't let me go to where I want to go for information. Using the app to make payments works well.

the app will not let me create a account using my account number last name and email. Everytime i try it says something im putting in doesnt match

power company's dumb app that wouldn't let me login and pay my bill. Also wouldnt waive a late fee caused by them changing from their website to this.
