Quote IQ is a good CRM with trash customer support. It has some bugs with creating new contacts, and the street view map is buggy as well. Could become much better in the future but for now it needs improvement. There is no option that I could find to cancel my subscription because it did not want to pay during a 6 month off season. Mike was condescending and unhelpful with telling me how to find it. Hope the app and its service get better

Currently being double charged for the platinum and premium subscription. I spoke with Mike via email. He said he would look into it, then he just stopped responding and I still got double charged the following month. I have reached out again with screenshots showing the double charging. I will change my review if this gets resolved back to 5 stars because the app is good but the lack of any urgency to fix this simple issue is not good and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I've been using the app for a little over a month and in my opinion, is an essential part of my business. The app is easy to use and I love how professional the estimates and invoices look, especially when you attach photos. You can upload receipts, along with pictures which will be a huge benefit come tax time. It also integrates with quick books! I am so happy with how the app works, I'd give it more than five stars if I could! In a nutshell, the app is AWESOME! Highly recommended!
