Acrobits Softphone is a SIP client app. It does not come with phone service: you sign in with the SIP account your VoIP provider, PBX or employer gives you. Note: this app does not support call transfer or conference calling.

I decided to try a different VoIP client when my previous one, Bria, was not alerting on incoming calls. I thought that since they have push that it was simply the best I could hope for. Acrobits's push service works for incoming calls though. I also love that it integrates with the native Android dialer. I was worried that it wouldn't work on Android Pie on my Galaxy S10 after reading some negative reviews, but I'm happy to say that it works perfectly.

recent update request for age verification??? I don't like that, got the popup like 5 or 6 times, clicked later/not now. I paid for this app, don't start being spyware.

I had tried two other softphone apps and they had difficulty receiving an incoming call after the phone had entered sleep mode. This app is different. It was able to answer and notify accurately. Apparently, this is a common problem with Samsungs. Support was responsive and answered quickly. Highly recommended.
