I had tried two other softphone apps and they had difficulty receiving an incoming call after the phone had entered sleep mode. This app is different. It was able to answer and notify accurately. Apparently, this is a common problem with Samsungs. Support was responsive and answered quickly. Highly recommended.

absolutely no notifications even after purchasing the app. all battery optimizations are off, adb whitelisted the app, and granted full access. still, no notifications for incoming calls. don't buy, steer clear.
