Vendor refused to cancel my premium account after I tried the app and didn't like it. I wanted to cancel so he wouldn't continue to charge me. I was the only person in my "group," so his explanation falls flat. He said he would do it for me, but I would have to wait 30 days. Seriously. He made it hard to cancel, not easy. And frankly, if someone wants to delete their data from a group, that's their business not the developer's. Really bad customer experience.

Was really enjoying this app until we noticed some major discrepancy going on with who owes who. We turned off the minimize number of depts option, but somehow it is still on for just one of the group members (it seems, based on what the discrepancy looks like), which is messing up how much they owe the rest of us and means they have been underpaying their share for a while. This is a pretty prohibitive issue, as we are now needing to manually calculate what they owe.

I migrated to this app from splitwise and I have to say this app is so much better. It has advance expense/income/transfer so for basic stuff it is enough. You can share it to other people and let them join, set up group currency and also can minimise debt. It includes ads, but they are not irritating as in other apps. I would say devs keep it sensible which they have my most respect for that decision. I just love using it and hope this app will stay as it is at least for couple of years.
