Bad transition from SMS validation. Family members holding additional credit cards have to visit a branch together with the account holder to get the app paired with the account. What a waste of time and money, especially for people living apart. Further, it is a problem if the phone system gets reinstalled after a system problem or if phone gets replaced because of malfunction.

Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE!!!! They cumbersome birth date choosing dialogue instead allowing just to simply enter it from the keyboard is just a tip of the iceberg. If you do not own a passport or a driving license, you are doomed, no online banking for you. And all that just because you tried to reinstall the huge banking app.

Terrible experience. Just to have to download two apps to access one bank account seems a bit too much for me, but the countless errors I have encountered while trying to verify my identity left me out of options, but to verify myself at a branch in person, which annoys me the most. Simple messages as "Communication error" leaves you with no clue as to what's going wrong. Just let me access my money for Christ's sake!
