KEY FUNCTIONALITIES
Raiffeisen Investing app solves all your investment needs. You can invest one-time or regularly in a wide range of investment products. You can choose from more than a thousand of stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and investment certificates.

Mobile apps allow you to conveniently open an investment account and investment contract within 10 minutes, free of charge. In addition to investing, the app offers the option of advanced filtering of selected investment products according to the results of your investment questionnaire. This may be of particular interest to novice investors.

Application is secured by a unique certification tool, which ensures utterly secure and comfortable access to the application. The app can be accessed either by using the 4-digit S-PIN, fingerprint function or facial recognition. The transactions themselves are confirmed in the same way.

To ensure the proper functioning of the Raiffeisen Investing app, you must be a current account holder at the Raiffeisenbank, and have the current version of Raiffeisen Mobile Banking installed.

Ratings and reviews

Rather simplistic but works for what I need it (DIP). My only problem is unrelated to the app: there's a very limited offer of low TER UCITS ETFs you can choose from. If this doesn't change soon, I will start looking for alternative platforms.

There are so many mistakes and inaccuracies. The app does not show a correct balance, for example. It took almost a week to settle my order. Until the settlement, there was no balance on my account. I used "contact us" phone. I had to authorize myself during the call. IB app can do it implicitly.

The application simply doesn't work for me. After linking my RB account to it, it says that there is a problem and that I should try again later and contact them via email. I have contacted such an email 3x in the past month, and the only reply I got is that "the developers are working on it.", after my first email. Probably, it was an auto generated reply. Anyway, terrible experience with this app.
