Terrible experience. Just to have to download two apps to access one bank account seems a bit too much for me, but the countless errors I have encountered while trying to verify my identity left me out of options, but to verify myself at a branch in person, which annoys me the most. Simple messages as "Communication error" leaves you with no clue as to what's going wrong. Just let me access my money for Christ's sake!

To activate this app from your home is absolute nightmare. I could not enter my birthdate via keypad and I had to scroll 37 years in the calendar month by month. Then I had to scan 2 my IDs about 6 times and at the end of this, after accepting all the input as verified, the app still told me that it was impossible to verify me and I have to do it all over again. I am going to the branch. Your app is worthless.

Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE!!!! They cumbersome birth date choosing dialogue instead allowing just to simply enter it from the keyboard is just a tip of the iceberg. If you do not own a passport or a driving license, you are doomed, no online banking for you. And all that just because you tried to reinstall the huge banking app.
