Quite convenient mostly. however if you are going tdough an area without signal, you can say goodbye to the basics. I had a meal and felt thirsty, wanted to order a drink, we were stuck 15 minutes at a place with no connection, placed my order at least, then another 40 minutes later I recieved my softdrink and an espresso. If it is a busy ride, it is very hard to order anything. However if you are traveling on a workday the catering part of the app is extremely convenient and has good prices

Really disappointed. This was my 1st travel and couldnt order anything on the train, there is no option to add offline tickets, hence no food or beverage will be served. The staff was not helpful and couldnt even serve a coffee, I asked if I can pay and get a coffee, it was a straight no. Imagine travelling with a child and cant even use the food and beverage service. I had to travel 4+ hours with just drinking water for the child.

You book your trip in advance. You select your type of seats to sit (together). And RegioJet decides to change their bus fleet and just gives you the same seat number but not the same type. The bus driver can't help because it's not his fault (understandable) but for management of RegioJet this is not professional service towards their customers 😑. An email notification with the notice of change of bus and option to select new seats yourself or get the same type assigned is the right way.
