Ratings and reviews

App is constantly hanging. Food ordering on train is not possible, after payment is completed on the secure payment portal and confirmed with the bank, the app just crashes and logs me out. After logging in, the order is thete, but further payment attempts end with mysterious blue error screen. Never again relying on getting any food on this rail service. Why can't one order and pay to the stewards? How can you put this clearly unfinished and untested app as the only way to book services?

Perfect quality/price ratio. Lovely colleagues to serve you on the train. my only problem is too many toilets were broken/closed recently.
