Horrible app. It always prompt for username and password regardless of whichever configuration (fingerprint, face, etc) All the time!!!!

This company and their app is a joke. My account has been locked for no reason. No answer from customer support. Edit: I did try to reach out to you, but no one cared to answer. When I try to log in it says that my account is locked and to contact support. That's exactly what I did. I sent you an email in 2 languages and no one answered. Funny thing is that my Clubcard works even if I can't log in to my account after you locked it. I also never received a notification that my account was locked

too complicated login + long card numbers + it doesn't run on back ground if you shut it down so it resets your inputs if you shut it down + is the only option
