From now on, the AOK PLUS - the health insurance fund for Saxony and Thuringia - will help you with the smart companion for your health. From "home visits" thanks to video consultations to useful health tips - your digital health assistant "AOK NAVIDA" will navigate you to a healthier life in everyday life.
“AOK NAVIDA” can do this:
✔️ Know what's going on immediately: With the Docyet symptom check, you will receive the appropriate initial assessment and recommendations for action.
✔️ With the pension compass you can plan your appointments individually and always keep an eye on them.
✔️ Living room instead of waiting room - With the video consultation of our partner almeda you can speak to a doctor directly via smartphone. In advance, it is quickly and easily clarified whether the clinical picture is suitable for remote treatment.
✔️ Gradually achieve your chosen health goal through tailor-made challenges and secure bonus points. (Currently in the beta test phase).
✔️ With the Clarimedis advice line, you can get expert advice on all your health questions around the clock.
✔️ Thanks to the doctor search, you can find suitable doctors in your area and save them directly as favorites.
✔️ The event calendar shows you AOK PLUS events in your area.
✔️ Find information and ideas in our health magazine.
✔️ Search and book health courses on the topics of nutrition, exercise and relaxation.
More useful functions will follow in the future, which will help you to keep an eye on your health on a daily basis. The new smartphone app "AOK NAVIDA" from AOK PLUS is the vision of a digital health platform that gives you orientation and support - always at the right time in one place.
In order to be able to use the app to its full extent, you only need your access data for the online portal "Meine AOK". Please note that the app is currently only available to AOK PLUS policyholders.
You don't have any access data yet? You can easily register in the "AOK NAVIDA" app. You can be sure that we, as a statutory health insurance company, attach great importance to the protection of your data.
NOTE: "AOK NAVIDA" can only be used by people over the age of 18 and only by AOK PLUS insured persons.

Hilfreiche App. Persönlich finde ich die Funktion des Symptomcheckers und die Möglichkeit der Videosprechstunde beim Arzt sehr interessant, da man so nicht mehr auf Dr. Google vertrauen muss und im Zweifel immer gleich eine/n Dr. konsultieren kann.
