It's ok to find Doctors, but the app is very buggy and not very user friendly. One simple example is that you can't even choose the lenguage without changing the location and changing location means that you can't find doctors where you are. Given the size, prestige of the company and importance of the service, it's a shame that they don't invest in UI/UX designers and top engeneers.

It is great to have my appointments all in one place! I wish all doctors would do this- the search options are great, narrow it for language, specialist, insurance etc. Being able to book and compare doctors of all sorts is great. More language support would be nice (English), and being able to be on the wait list for the entire clinic in addition to individual doctors.

For an app that is supposed to fix the huge problem of finding and managing appointments in Germany, this has to be the worse implementation of a solution. Most often, I can't manage the appointments without having to call directly, if they even answer. The search engine is terrible and the app is not consistent across practice...etc
