About this app

Welcome to Flinkster: Germany's largest carsharing network. Once registered, you can hire
1,700 vehicles in over 350 cities. You find vehicles throughout
Germany at railway stations, in the city or in rural areas. Depending on the station you have
different models ready: a small car for the shopping trip, a station wagon for larger
purchases, a van for moving or just a car for the business trip or the weekend trip. With
Flinkster there’s always the right vehicle near you. Around 30 carsharing partners ensure that you travel easily throughout Germany - just book and start driving!

Note for customers who are only registered with a network partner: Unfortunately, login via the Flinkster app is not possible. Please contact your car sharing provider or register directly with Flinkster.

The service as a whole is terrible. Sometimes a different car opens than the one showing on the app, sometimes the cars don't open and last time the booked car was just not there. Okay, that can happen but then count with 20 - 40 minutes to get to customer service. Sometimes the flinkster experience is quite time costly. However, the service person has usually been helpful and nice.

Hallo AAP, für den nicht ordnungsgemäßen Service möchten wir uns entschuldigen. Es ist unser Anspruch für Kunden einen möglichst einfachen und funktionierenden Prozess für die Nutzung abzubilden. Terrible experience. I've end up paying ~450 euro for 5 hours. Took a mazda car, went to Frankfurt airport parked in underground parking and the car did not start anymore. Waited more than 2 hourse for a fixed and nothing. They advise to rent a car from airport and they said they will cover for it. After that they refuse to reinburse and the reson was "according to information available to us your phone Bluetooth was not turn on". Incredible, I've even sent them a screenshot with the paired car.

They charged me tens of euros for problem in Flinkster App. I did rent a car and cacel in the same time and reserved a bigger car. I was shocked by double charged.. Also the car that i've cancelled it was rent by different customer... Soo bad service watch these compay be open eyes !!! Better to rent or get taxi instead
